I don't usually write these...and I know that most people only write them when something bad happens rather than all the good. But I am just so frustrated. Shipped a doll to Florida and was told it was guaranteed to get there by Christmas. Paid 60 for the privilege of ruining my kids Christmas. Probably would have paid more if we knew it really wasn't going to get there in time and that it really wasn't "guaranteed". And now I'm told by UPS in Florida that there are no guarantees in December and that I won't get my money back...but I do get to pay to have it shipped back to where it came from because I won't be here to pick it up by the time it does finally arrive. If only I could go back in time and just have used FedEx.

I do my Amazon returns at this location.. When an item doesn't work properly or I recieve it damaged. Every time I go in they try to charge me for it by either buying tape or adding a bag. I know Amazon pays them for every return, why they feel the need to upcharge me for a bag that my pre-taped box to go in... I will never understand. So note to everyone before you go. Tape your box and don't buy bags for boxes. They are not required. Just another way for corporate to make an extra dollar or two per package.
