| Gort Oregano | I had an emergency one day & I was told they would give me a free estimate but they wouldn't even attempt to give me a rough ballpark estimate or even quote me their predetermined prices. So fast forward 3 hours passed the promised arrival time. They came out & unclgged my mainline then tried to sell me an unnecessary 700 procedure they called a hydro jet,I declined & asked what I owed them for what they did. I was filled with joy when they told me it would be 270 for unclogging my mainline &,oh yeah,that "free estimate" they told me they'd give me turned into a 90 charge fee they reworded as a service charge. Drain Masters are nothing but over priced ripoff artists that do average work & steal by deception. They didn't even clean up. My walls still had waste splattered on my walls caused from the machine they used. Unbelievable |

With the freeze coming Brad was able to make it out within the hour to replace my faulty one and install a new one. Now my back flow is protected for the winter. Brad was professional and very timely. Gave me some options and helped me understand each scenario. I will call Brad for any plumbing or drain issues again.
