I picked up what was I thought my whole order. I then was told, by the electrician, that I needed an extension. I ordered an extension and was told that it would be a week. In 2 weeks I called and was told it would be in any time. Well, they called several days later and I went to pick up the extension and found out that they did not give my whole order the first time. this was 6 weeks later The electrician started to put it together and found out that they ordered me outside blade instead of inside blades. I had to take them back and they told me that they would be in, in 2 days. Well. it is almost 2 weeks and I still don't have the blades. I will never order from these people again. If you do, good luck.
