I had a drain unclogged friday morning and by Sunday morning was exactly the same way, I called the office to have those guys back again to please check the drain and they told me they can't warranty their job. I paid 125 and I had to pay again, I told them that I can't pay again for the same problem 2 days later and thay were very rude and when I told them that they start yelling at me. I ask to talk to the owner and the phone was never answer again. So save yourself a bigger problem and call someone else to fix your drans.

We had a backup on Easter Day and called Drain Medics. Chris showed up in about an hour. He looked everything over outside the back up was from the clean out in the backyard to the main. He explained what he was going to do, we signed his paperwork, and he quickly went to work. It took about 45 mins total and 105' of drain snake, but he had us up and running like we'd never had a problem. He showed us the root wad that had gotten into our clay pipe, which was about 5' away from the main. Super friendly guy and trustworthy! We highly recommend Drain Medics, and specifically Chris! Total cost was 75!
