RL R	Eric came to our home to repair a toilet leak. After pulling the toilet, he thoroughly inspected the wax ring seal, then applied additional sealant along with the new wax ring to prevent future leaks. He invited me to watch him complete the job so I knew exactly what he did. He also took photos of the completed job to keep on file in case we have further needs. I was impressed with Eric's knowledge and also is a very personable young man. We appreciated him and will call on him again if we have plumbing needs.
