Yeah right, the rude lady that answers the phone needs to retire if she is family and if she is not she needs to be fired. When I called to set up a maintenance service call I gave her both my husband and my phone numbers and explained that my husband would be home from work that day and my husband's phone number should be the number they call. I was told by the rude lady that our appointment would be at 8:30 or 9, the day of the appointment the guy shows up at 9 and knocked on the door, when no one answered the door, my husband was in the back yard in a shed the service guy calls my phone, I missed the call because I am work, which is why I told the rude lady to call my husbands phone. The guy ends up leaving. When I realize that I had missed a call from them, I call the number back and the rude lady answers and is more rude than ever saying that we missed the appointment and then hung up on me. I had just recommended them to a friend yesterday, I am calling my friend back today to let her know that they are probably not going to be to happy with the lack of customer service with this company and they should look for an company to install their new A/C & Heating unit

I'd highly recommend Wilson's Mechanical for any and all HVAC needs! Justin was very prompt came out same day, polite, honest, trustworthy, and helpful during our first call. The entire family helped us through a very difficult insurance claim, which we are very grateful for. When it came time for install of our new unit, it was completed in just a matter of a few hours. We had a bad thermostat and they were able to get us a new one and wire it up! Kinda pricey but you get what you pay for. However, working heat is priceless and will definitely use again. Thanks Wilson Mechanical!!!!
