Rilee DeClue | UPDATE: After much back and forth, they agreed to give me a refund, yet never admitted that they had made a mistake Sutter used to be a good company before they were purchased by Classic Air Care. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. This year I've had to use them twice now in one month. They charged me full price for the second visit even though, I suspect and the evidence suggests, they didn't do a thorough job the first time. They, of course, never represented to me that, after paying them to snake my main line, problems could still persist. Had I known that that was a possibility, we would have a different story. As far as I knew, my main line had been cleared. Then it started backing up again and they claim that they can't guarantee their work will completely clear the line. Are you kidding??? Charged full price. The manager "Dave" tells me that he has to rely on the notes of his employees and trust that they are being honest...sorry, that's not very comforting to me. Of course I can't prove it, but it seems to me that they do the job half a the first time so that they can charge you again the second time. Again, just my assumption but, nonetheless, I will never use their service again. Attached is a photo of the gob of roots they pulled out on the second visit. That's a lot of roots to miss the first time around. Never again will I use their service. I feel completely ripped off. |
hassan kaous | The HOA for our building used these guys to replace valves in our building. They left the water running in our bathtub with it plugged. When we got home the tub had over flown and flooded the loft. The water was dripping down the stairs and had was pooling on our wood floors. very careless service. |
