Went today to pick up sand for my pool sand filter. Terrible customer service. I was told to wait at lawn and garden to pick it up and no one came for several minutes. I went back in the store to ask for help and customer service told me, very rudely, where to pick it up myself. I went out and it wasn't were he said it was so I called the store and asked them to send someone out. The same man came out, very slowly, and said that it was actually in a completely different place. No apology. Very rude and disappointing. The entire thing should have taken five minutes and it took me 30. I won't be going back.

Staff is no where to be found unless at the registers. Found one guy in lumber and he just stared at me til I came to him. Very socially awkward.. Store is hideously dirty and in need of some serious care. There is trash, pallets, merchandise and ladders in the aisles to where you cant go down them. The items are scattered and not taken care of. Disorganized! Shows the true chatacter of the store manager and the standards he sets for his team. This location needs new managment or a major face lift!

Great place for a professional builder or DIY beginner to get the supplies to make a great looking project. Ive purchased several bunks of lumber from them this year and they have good quality lumber at a fair price.
