| Becky Kowalczyk | Our house is less than a year old and they have not came back and done any of the iou any of the warranties, we didn't get any or our 6 month or 10 month check list work done. we need poles painted cabinets fixed floors fixed spots on the walls fixed and they never came back and did any of it never answered an email or a call try to collect more money after the close of the house our floor isn't level I could really go on and on but my main point is to get a review out there to let people know don't trust what you sign with this company because they don't come back and do the work. We basically have absolutely no warranty from CMS. Meanwhile I had breat cancer the entire time our house was under construction. They were fully aware and still treated us like we had clients. You will never get the old customers always right here. |
