I was highly impressed with how quickly I was able to get a service person to come to our house to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He didn't just settle for running a plumber's snake through but, went the extra mile to thoroughly clean the entire length of drain pipe extending into the basement and was able to pull out a massive clog of grease and egg shells. What started as a one hour job extended to over 2 hours. Brandon did not complain but kept at it until he was satisfied that the job was completely done. He even invited me to inspect his work so that I could see for myself that everything was clean and clear. He was so professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Need less to say, I was very impressed.
