Mike Frymyer	Jake noticed the same things that I noticed and had the same recommendations that I would have expected. He said he was taking comprehensive pictures to identify the issues, which I have not yet seen. Jake was easy to talk and listen to and seemed to know what he was doing and put me at ease rather than try to scare me into action. I would love to see if there is any wiggle room in the costs due to the sheer amount of work to be done, but that is a later discussion.
