Sue Blankenship	Our water heater needed to be replaced. Service man arrived ahead of time and looked at the heater and called in to his office to get a price for the job. I was given the cost and agreed to it. When he presented the bill I was told that he had to add an extra 30.00 for delivery of the water heater. I questioned why that wasn't included in the quote since it was obvious one would be needed. I didn't receive a clear answer, To be fair I thought the job was done in proper time and satisfactory. However, I was left with a feeling of deception and because of that I would not use this company again.
