Had a toilet water shut-off valve that didn't work; also, toilet water regulator inside the tank that quit working. So water constantly running inside the tank. Extremely pleased that Mr. Rooter has 24/7 service that cost the same, day or night. I called on Friday at approx. 7PM. Micah was dispatched. He was professional, had all required parts in his truck, completed both tasks, and cleaned up before leaving. Very good customer service. Issue taken care of at a very reasonable cost.
