I don't have enough good things to say about Scott at Eureka Plumbing. Our water heater went kaput and started leaking water EVERYWHERE and Scott came to the rescue. He rearranged his schedule and stayed late on a Friday night when he did not have to just to make sure we had working water. He was professional, knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service of this company. I called in the morning about a clogged toilet and Josh was at the front door at 5:10 p.m. I am sure after a hard day's work. He fixed the toilet in no time and informed me that I needed a different kind of plunger for this situation. And even though I had forgotten to ask about checking the water pressure gauge in the basement in my original phone call, Josh took the time to check it for me. After a week of dealing with a non-functioning toilet, I am totally relieved that these issues were addressed and resolved. I am so grateful for Josh, along with other Eureka business owners that have provided service to my home. They are professional, patient, and are caring about their customers. I am very grateful!
