| David Voeller | I'm a DIY and have cleared sewer lines many times. I ran a 50' 1/2" auger line from the house stack cleanout 5 times and did not find the blockage. I ran a 50' 1/2" auger line from the outside cleanout toward the street 3 times and did not find the blockage. I did not have anything to bend the auger toward the house from the outside cleanout. This father/son team got here 2 hours earlier than the estimate called first and broke the blockage in literally 5 minutes. Then to make sure everything was completely clear they ran the 3/4" auger with a 3" tip you will not see that 3" tip very often with other companies. The fix: my outside cleanout in the front yard is tilted pretty bad and they used a 10' breaker bar down the vertical pipe which broke thru the blockage at the intersection of the vertical cleanout pipe and the house main. After talking to them I can tell you they are very experienced. They are old school so call them not as responsive to a text message and actually talk to them. I'm sure they will take care of your issue better than most. |
