It was replaced with a new, similar unit in a very efficient manner. Micah also answered questions I had about water softening and filtration. I also purchased those units that would serve me best. There was an installation issue with the water filtration system and Micah stuck with it until he got the problem solved. He cleaned up any mess before leaving. Plumb Magic plans to come back in about 30 days from installation to make sure I'm happy with my service and products. They will also provide annual maintenance service for the water heater and new filter for the filtration system as well as bring more salt for the softener.
