They are very thorough with answering any questions I have had and are able to talk me through a project and let me know about things I didn't even think of. Great bunch of people! I needed some parts for a bathroom faucet and I had an idea of what to get but not really sure how to make it all work or what specifically I needed. L & M was very helpful and got me all of the parts I needed and explained how to put everything together very thoroughly. It was a great experience and would recommend L & M to anyone who needs parts or help with fixing things in their house.

Very nice people and wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had looked around several other places for a water heater and everyone tried to sell me something different which didn't fit and wasn't what size I needed. As soon as I talked to the first person, they knew exactly what I needed and asked specifically for the sizes to make certain it would fit. When I arrived it was setting aside for me, they helped load up and everything was very easy. I highly recommend them.
