Mindy McNeese	Chris had worked on my septic system before5-7 yrs ago & he was very honest, polite & proffesional. But, this time I called several days in a row, but his voicemail was always full. I got his cell & sent him a text on Friday. I never recieved a response, so Monday I texted him again to see if he could recommend someone if he was too busy to get to me. Within 5 minutes I recieved a text that he would be here that day. I waited all day Monday for him, but he didn't show, or even let me know he couldn't. Tuesday morning I texted him to let him know I hired someone else. He then told me that their pump truck is broke & won't be fixed until February. So, I'm not sure why he wasted my Monday by telling me that he would come out. I'm not sure what has happened to his professionalism, because the last time he worked on it he would've recieved 5 stars & now I wouldn't reccomend him to anyone.
