You get what you pay for and Mize is the best at what he does. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable: that is, he has superior technical proficiency. The electrical work he has done is superior. He came out on a SUNDAY to fix a stopped kitchen sink and went through his progression rather than use his jetting machine and it worked saving a hundred dollars. Total bill was 125.00. Did I say it was on a Sunday? He switched out my water heater and upgraded to a more efficient unit rather than substitute for what I previously had installed 12 years ago, and did so through his supplier. I see one other customer wrote a negative report because of the supplier. Probably could have waited a day or two to get what you wanted. If you want things done correctly the first time it is better to spend a few dollars more than spend less on lower quality and pick up the pieces later.

My hot water heater stopped working so I called Mize. He came to the house the same day and called to say I needed to get a new water heater. He told me how much the water heater install would be to install a 6 year warranty hot water heater. I need a better 12 year warranty water heater and he told me to call his supplier and he could install whatever they had in stock. They only had a 6 year model so I found one at Home Depot and called him back to do the install. He wanted 450 plus parts to do the install. I asked if he could do it for a cheaper price and he said he had to charge that much. He said he was including the service charge to come to my home and tell me I needed a new hot water heater. I told him to send me a bill for looking at my water heater. His bill was 95.00.
