Atmos Energy came on Saturday November 30 and cut off gas line to bathroom heater and clamped off gas line just below surface outside and told me to call plumber. I called Merchants and left my name number and reason for them to call me but they never called. I called them on December 1, 2019 after gas was cut off on Saturday November 30, 2019. Maybe the lady who answered my call failed to relay the message I gave her. |
