Plumbing services by Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in McComb, Mississippi

I have dealt with this company in the past and I can tell you something is different about this company now from the past. I have in the past had good service, but I can sure tell you that is not the case now. I bought a new Trane unit late last year and was concerned from the beginning that this new unit would not be enough unit for my house. Southern Air's tech assured me it was. Well I called back about six weeks later and ask them to come back out and check this brand-new unit I just bought from Southern Air. I was assured someone would come out and check my unit before the end of the week and that was fine it was working, I just felt it was not doing the job. If I could give them a 0 star, I assure you I would. They said it would be more efficient and it is not that it would save on my electric bill which it has not, and my house is not as comfortable as it was with my old unit. They NEVER bothered to come back and check it like they promised. They answer the phone how can I make you smile today, and I can also tell you I find Ashley in the office rude and condescending. I absolutely would keep looking for another company if you are looking for good service and honesty. What I was told did NOT come true.

Gary and Collin came quickly and got my heater back up and running quickly. Very nice and courteous. Didn't take long to fix my problem and got my office temperature warm quickly with my new thermostat. Took the time to show me how to use my new thermostat and made sure I had no other question. Would definitely recommend Southern Air. The office was also wonderful, Ashley got my technicians out to me quickly.

Mr. Gary Johnson did a fantastic job. 5 star all the way. I was really impressed with his professionalism. Thank you Mr. Gary.
