| Blessed Pappa | I would not recommend using this company unless you work out a price for services beforehand. They travelled back and forth between 2-3 jobs all day long to fix my problem and said I owed for drive time to-from each time they came to my house for this same job! It would've literally been cheaper for me to pay them to sit at my house all day than allow them to "help" others that day too. The owner was injured and talked about how he was glad he had help with his two hired hands that morning, but low and behold he charged me for 3 employees labor all day despite him doing nothing himself. Maybe I'm old schooled but I don't mind someone making a good honest living off of their professional service, but please don't rip me off and try to get rich off of me alone. Integrity goes a long way and I didn't see it with these guys. I try to shop locally but people like this make it hard for me to bypass help via large websites. These guys moved to my "only in case of dire emergency list". |
