Since the last review about a month ago my lights have been out at least a half dozen times . If they say rain or wind or excess heat I get out my candles . The wind blew a couple times out the lights went. Came back on for about 15 min, out again for an hour. Last time nearly 4 hours a week ago and I'm not expecting much better results tonight. They have got to start maintaining these trees and lines. I really hate to post about it, but it's just non stop. It's really annoying to have to sit out side ag night to cool off after thg he hottest day we've had this year.

The only reason they get 1 star from me is because I have to give it some rating just to type a review. They're trying to say we used over 2,000 kw in 7 days, but little do they know, I've been documenting our meter readings myself, so I now have proof that they're wrong and overcharging. This is our 5th bill being over 400 and there's no way I'm paying it again. I've called 3 days in a row, multiple times, and left numerous messages with my name and phone number, with no response yet. They were on the news a few years back and they're about to be on it again. I'm so over this ridiculous company.

They suck.big time. Lights go out every time the wind blows or it rains or it gets too hot. When the weather gets hot and everyone's home , it goes out because the grid over loads. It does it a lot on the weekend when everybody.is home in the summer. They keep talking about voting and spending millions to upgrade thed schools, first they need to upgrade the electric grid so.we don't have to be without lights.every time the weather changes and it would help if somebody out there knew how to find the problem so the can fix it without it taking hours and hours. They ride up and down the road for hours looking up at the poles like they're going to tell them what's wrong before some one who might half way know what they're doing comes along and tells them what the problem is.
