William Thurmond | Terrible service. Insulting attitude. I went to the store to inquire about a pvc pipe to substitute as a speaker pole. The guy working there spoke to me as if I was some idiot off the street. I asked for a 1"3/8 pipe and he said he wasn't familiar with that size. I proceeded to ask for any size close to it to see if I could make it work. He was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in helping me with my issue. The clerk asked me to measure the opening to verify the size and was reluctant in lending a cheap ruler. I felt as if he thought I was going to steal it. The store was a great place to shop years ago however I got the feeling it was transformed into a good "ole" boy store. I guess good service diminishes as lack of professionalism and common courteousy are accepted as common place in our society. You may continue to support the store but you won't get the great service that they use to offer. |
