I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company. I had them out for a water damage project. They did the initial work to dry out the water damaged part. But, they never followed up what's the next steps and provided the costs. I have spoken, texted, and emailed with several people on the company. They never follow up with their promises. After three months, they finally called and asked if they could come to do the repair work. What a joke! The worst case was that they weren't apologetic about how they handle the situation. I had a hole in my ceiling for 2.5 months without knowing what I needed to do.

I had a horrible experience with this company. We had a sewage backup in our basement and we needed the dry wall and part of the carpet padding to be fixed. It was a very small job, they would not give us an estimate. They asked to submit it to the insurance. We had another bid before them but decided to trust Paul Davis because it was referred by someone we knew. One of their workers came to see the place, he told me that they need 500 deposit and if we decided that we will not continue working with them they will take "a small portion" of the deposit. Yes he said a small portion, I trusted them. My fault, I was too innocent and did not read the whole contract. The previous bid was 1500, Paul Davis came with an estimate of 4500 to change a carpet padding, and fix a very small portion of the drywall!!. It was ridiculous and did not make any sense, we decided to not work with them. They said they were going to refund us 59 and keep 441: how is this a small portion of the deposit??????? I would not trust this company, they refused to give us the estimate directly and kept the majority of the deposit even if the worker said they will keep a small portion. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
