I called Krinkie's because I wasn't sure if my furnace was operating correctly. I have a boiler heating furnace and it makes me nervous. They came out on time explained everything to me and made sure everything was operating correctly. They asked if I wanted to join their program of coming out to check the furnace yearly. I said yes! and it was very reasonable. I don't have to call they will call me. Now I feel so relieved and they were so friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Krinkie's has provided service to both my furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always arrived prompt if not ahead of schedule -- always calling first to make sure that is okay and perform high quality work. They are professional and honest. They have also been able to fit me in with next day service when my furnace stopped blowing heat in the winter, which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I would recommend the Krinkie's Club -- which not only includes an annual tune-up for your furnace and air conditioner, but it also saves you on repairs. I have been a member for two years, and both years the membership has saved me MORE than it cost to begin with.

As a sole proprietor, and in my personal life, I'm a meticulously picky person. Having said that, Joe D. who came out to my rental property from Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing was phenomenal; a well spoken, well educated, incredibly friendly, and polite expert who clearly knew what he was doing. I love how well this company is represented by excellent professionals like Joe. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future when the need comes again. Thank you Joe for the great work!
