Nick Kohler	Had a guy come out to my house to get us a quote on a water softener and reverse osmosis system. The salesman quoted the reverse osmosis system going to our refrigerator and kitchen sink. Long story short, the installer came out and said it was impossible to have the RO system run to both and they could just put it under our sink for the same cost. What was the point of the salesman coming out?? Finken has been terrible with helping me resolve this. They haven't offered any sort of discount. Very disappointed.

Brenda Ludescher	I called for a service tech to check my reverse osmosis water system which was leaking. The company claims they told me it would cost 85 to come and look at the problem. I would have definitely tried elsewhere for that price. But, the service tech came out and seemed to be very confused about the system. He took it apart, glued it and tried it again. The system was still leaking. He said I'd need a whole new system. In the mean time I did some online checking and found the small disc which had a hole in it I needed for about 6.00. If you need service look elsewhere.
