Had a emergency with a 15 year old water heater last evening around 6:30 PM. Made one phone call to Bonfe customer service and less than 24 hours later we have a new water heater installed, old heater removed and hot water !!. The representative / plumber from Bonfe, Jonathon was on time, polite , professional, his uniform was clean and and his appearance neat & well groomed. In addition the installation was A-1. Jonathan even went the extra mile to label other control valves in the utility area for gas & water shut offs.
