Belfor was hired to rebuild my home after a fire on 2/26/2018. Two years later, they have not finished the work. The work they have completed is very poorly done, crooked walls, flooring with sink holes, trim falling off of the windows, appliances not installed properly, stove was ever vented, and they sheet rocked over the return air vents. The windows are drafty. They took a quality built home and turned it into a slapped together nightmare. They never installed the storm doors, and claimed billing for services they never rendered. The claimed to have completed abatement removal, but the vents were never cleaned after the removal, even though they billed us for it. They claim I have a closest and a media center in my kitchen, which I do not. They never kept track of the work they did or the receipts, and simply demanded the insurance estimate in full, when we had to completed much of the work on our own, or hire other contractors to complete the projects as they stopped showing up to the job. They flooded our basement twice and then denied being responsible for the damage. All we ever asked for was for their General Manager Adam to come and walk through our home so he could see the issues and he has refuse. He did send Cliff to my home to yell, threaten me, and wave his fist in my face. My Start Farm Insurance Adjuster has even attempted to speak with Belfor and they also blow him off. Adam did place a lean against my home and stated he didn't care that they didn't finish the job, or that it was not done properly, he stated that the lean will force me to pay them. I am looking for other people in the Minnesota area that has experienced issues. I am looking at involving a major news media to expose this company for the true frauds they are. I have photos to back up my claim, as well as voice recording from meeting I have had with them. the Tampa franchise arrived at my door on June 7th, to remove, clean and restore my wet oak floors on my insurance company's approval/request, taking carpet and couches, soggy with wet insulation yet, would not return calls for a month. They delivered my couches after 6wks, still damp! ruined moldy, stained not cleaned with asbestos insulation on one chair--would not give back my 5,000 rug at all! months later the situation remains without remedy, a tarp on my house and they sent a gangster collection attny. to get their insurance ck. HEARTLESS and cruel, not eh "Sweetface," presented on tv. This has destroyed my life.

Best restoration company period. One stop shop to get you back on track. Adam Hartner is a good man and GM. Very proud of this company and worked for them allot of years. Under trailer's work was not so much fun though.
