Plumbing services by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Rochester-MN in Rochester, Minnesota

My experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing has been a great one so far - everything from the estimate with Chris to the actual work done by Trevor and Dan. Never pushy, very polite, and patient crew all around. These qualities came in handy as my elderly father had a lot of questions about the general process, and all of the crew members were really good at answering them. I feel confident in their knowledge and recommendations.

Trevor was very polite and friendly. He was able to quickly figure out what he needed to do for me to get water. Since I live in a mobile home it required crawling under the trailer in the cold. He found the leak and saw the heat tape needed to be replaced. Trevor also checked to make sure the plug in was working. All while keeping me informed about the problems he found. Best news was getting water running and understand what was going on. The next time something goes wrong my first call will be to Mr. Rooter of Rochester!

On Friday 2/7 at around 8pm in the evening my Hot Water heater went out. I called about getting emergency service. The dispatcher told me how to shut the water off to the heater and then explained what she could do to help. We scheduled an appt the next day on Sat for noon but they arrived earlier which was great. The gentlemen that came out showed me all the costs up front and explained the whole process. He went and got me a new heater and was back within an hour. Kris and Dillon did a great job. They were excellent.
