The person who was in the Dept disappeared after talking to another customer without asking if I needed help with anything very rude and not very customer service either. I didn't catch his name but he was 6 ft with brown grey hair, skinny, glasses and some missing teeth. So basically I left without any matte added to the stain & not mixed/shaken.
