Jon Ruprecht	Buyer beware the 85 trip fee gets the plumber to your door and the rate is 180 per hour. They have a minimum of 265 per house call, so even if it's a 20 minute deal and no parts were used it's going to cost you 265. I was not informed of the true costs over the phone. Considering they are a local family run business, I feel they should be upfront with the families they are working for.
