The quality of work looks good, but the price quote is just a single number on the high end of projected costs via a google search for small pipe repair/replacement. I expect a breakdown of costs to be a part of a quote, i.e. pipe cost, valve cost, labor cost, not just a single large number for the total cost of work. At this point I feel I was over-charged and abused as there is a cost for coming out, so if you don't like the quote before the work is done you still have to pay 70 just because they came out. This practice is broken and an abuse of the customer. Again, the quality of work appears good, but too much hidden in the pricing side of the equation to feel great about. 6 inches of pipe, a valve, and 25 minutes of work....650.

Darrell came out and cleaned our kitchen sink line that finally fully plugged after at least a decade of buildup. He brought in a professional setup, was super friendly, and guaranteed to open the line. That surpassed a competitor that came out the previous day, was unable to fix the clog, and still charged their full fee. Would recommend in the future.
