| Brad Weldon | Used to be a good place but since the new Store manager started it has gone way downhill. A lot of longtime good employees have left and from what I've heard because of him. It's sad to see employees I've gotten to know and see quite a bit when I shop are gone. Hopefully the main Menards office takes notice and does something to get the store back on track, I'd rather not have to go to Lowe's. |

| Kevin Fox | Went to the lumber desk. Clerk said "the system" shows 17 of the 2X8X8' cedar boards I needed on hand. I paid for them and went to the yard to pick up. They had 3 of the boards and one was unusable. Asked the gate guy on the way out if the lumber desk would be told that their system was wrong. He said they would see the back order from my receipt and correct the system. 10 days go by and I call to ask if theyve received any more. I was told yes, we have 17. I hook up my trailer and head over. Go to the yard and they have the one unusable board I left there before. Told the gate guy again. He seemed very apathetic about my situation. SO FRUSTRATING! |
