Call that morning and had someone here in the afternoon..They did a great job.. excellent service!

Where do I begin. I bought a place just recently and they were supposed to certify an existing boiler. They did come and replace some parts. However, just recently the boiler started up not knowing it was set to on or whatever but thank god it start when it did. The night it started up we heard a noise in the basement and went and opened the door and the basement was glowing. Hear the pilot gas line had a hole in it and a roughly one foot flame was coming out of it. Who knows what might of happened if we didn't hear the noise in the first place. Called them and said this was supposedly certified in safe working condition. They said yep. Told them what was happening and basically said it is in safe working condition. Whatever, called another company to come and look at it and listed off roughly six things wrong with it and said there is no way is this thing operable. Unsafe and along with other things. The other company also said they did not do there job and there licenses should be taken away. This company is very shady and a quick in and out is what they are looking for. They don't return calls to me nor the previous owners realtor. Horrible.
