| Beatrice Potter | Buckle up ladies and gents, because Beatrice is about to spill the tea on the worst contractor on the range. This information is gathered from contractors and former clients alike. As the other ONE STAR reviews state, this guy is horrible at communication. So if you want someone who will answer your calls, emails, or show up on time, he isn't your guy. He likes to take short cuts in his work and it sometimes leads to sloppy work. There are some contractors who claim to have been called by multiple dissatisfied people who need the work fixed. Not sure how often this occurs or the extent of the damage, but maybe these people should try to contact Jerimia to fix his mistakes. Oh yah, that's right. He doesn't answer the dam phone. I've tried calling myself to test this theory. Totes true. Besides, from all of the stories I've been told, all of his mistakes are someone else's fault. His brother is also a contractor and they don't work together. I've tried to find out why, but no one seems to know for sure. I've heard Nick is not a good contractor, I've heard they don't get along, I've heard Nick doesn't like Jerimia's short cut taing. No one seems to know, but what they do know is the brothers will not work together or even share equopment or tools or anthing. People have even asked and no one has gotten a strait answer. The worst thing I have heard about him is his pricing. He low balls pricing then constantly upcharges for unforseen stuff. I've heard this from at least 4 people. I guess its clear that he is just not the msn for your job. |
| The Lost Prussian | Do not recommend. We had code violations, money issues, poor workmanship, you name it. He's very hard to get ahold of and he doesn't show up when promised. He had me talk to the subcontractors because he couldn't be bothered to supervise their work. He twists your words to try and pin any mistakes on you or claim it's what you told him. His contracts are vague and he takes every advantage of it. Even our subcontractors commented on how poor of a general contractor he was. To top it all off he refused to fix his mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM This HACK! |
