Called Saturday evening because of a leak in my basement. Sunday morning, 8 AM with 4" of snow on the ground and Thomas was right on time. The job was very difficult. Thomas explained everything as he went and he was polite, neat, clean and had a "can do" attitude. He left my house cleaner than when he got here. I recommend Thomas and Plumb Right for any plumbing needs. We will be reaching out to them this spring for an outside faucet repair and I will be requesting Thomas. Price was a little high, but it was an emergency repair and we expected to pay more for the immediate service - it was worth the money.

Thomas was great! He was early in the time window, competent in analysis and solution. He did not take advantage of our situation, and solved our problem through a systematic protocol procession. Wonderful personality. We give him an A+ and would definitely use him and Plumb Right again. again.

Plumb Right was outstanding to work with. Holly helped us schedule and was very nice and accurate, and called prior to tell us Devon was on the way; Devon made the options and decision to replace our water greater east; Devon and Thomas showed on time the next day for install, installed very quickly, no mess, and walked us through what was done. Professionals all the way through the business.
