We had a clogged floor drain in our basement bath/laundry room. To be honest, I had some trepidations about getting quality service given some of the negative reviews I saw online for this and other companies. However, Robert showed up on-time, looked at the drain, laid out the pricing, and then proceeded to power snake it three times to get it going again. All in an hour. Nice guy, good service, and great value.

I had Andrew out to work on a drain 3 other Companies were unable to fix with multiple different types of equipment. Andrew came out and was able to assess the problem instantly and had it fixed within four hours of his arrival. Highly recommend these guys all of them are kind of friendly and knowledgeable. Claire in the office like to talk to you. Highly recommend this company for anybody working for drain cleaning or plumbing work. Five stars - awesome service!

My mainline sewer pipe had multiple issues in November due to a tree that was removed. One Hour Rooter came and was able to line the pipe non-invasively when all the other companies said the yard needed to be dug up and the whole pipe needed to be replaced. They lined the pipe, warrantied it for two years and did everything from inside the house, saved my yard that I worked so hard to maintain. One Hour Rooter saved me over 5000, saved my yard, and completely took the load off of my shoulders. I recommend them to anyone that says they have drain issues or plumbing needs.
