He showed me with a water test that my 20 year old water softener was not working well and with no pressure explained about buying a new one. I chose to buy a new one and Dylan was able to pick the softener up and install it right then. He did some other plumber maintenance on the house and that was that. Our waste disposal went out and Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get it fixed.
