Feel taken advantage of. Needed electrician to help after having no electricity in our upstairs after remodeling. Was told that with paying for two electricians per hour the job would go faster. Was NEVER told I would also be paying for their drive time to and from the job along with the work. Had two guys come that were there for less than two hours. They were both in the kitchen area with one guy fixing the wires the other guy a couple times walked down the hall to tell the guy whether the lights were on in the hallway. Got the bill for 502 for less than two hours of work. Called the company to see if they would lower the price because it did not go any faster having to pay 90/hr per guy a hour. The guy on the phone was rude and argued with me and in the end said he would call the guys that did the job and hung up on me. They went down to 400. I told them that would be equivalent to ONE electrician spending 5 hours to fix some wiring in ONE junction box which was the problem they fixed Was told to either pay the 400 immediately over the phone and if I didn't then the bill would be the 500. I feel like because I wanted to find someone ASAP this company jumped on it and charged me double plus made me pay for their drive time to and from our house at 180/hr!!

The guys assigned to my job were great! They problem solved a way to install a new outlet in a difficult location and were efficient & pleasant. Highly recommend.
