Jeremy was incredibly professional, thorough, and upfront about the entire process. I needed a toilet fixed and it ultimately needing to be replaced and the pipe needed repairs. He showed me several options that included installing a water softener and filtration system that ultimately we decided not to do for the time being due to finances. We will likely revisit this next year though. Jeremy did an excellent job with the repairs and installation and was incredibly courteous throughout the duration of the appointment. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and Home Works.

Had water heater inspection done. During inspection he educated me on water heaters and showed me evidence of why the water heater needed to be replaced shortly. He gave me options and explained pros and cons. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge he showed. I went with the new water heater and water softener which was immediately installed. He discussed financing options also which was necessarily needed. Only concern was not suggesting running all the faucets, etc afterwards to drain out air. I figured that out quickly so not a big deal.

Josh always does a wonderful job! He takes the time to thoroughly explain the recommended repairs and gives me all the information I need to make a decision. We have an appliance warranty that we use, and Josh has always been willing to speak with the claims representative on the phone and explain the issues. I would recommend Josh and Home Works to any homeowner!
