Jeff Brewer has "Awesome" customers service skills. I was kepted informed of his time of arrival he was on the time, he was pleasant upon meeting, asked if he needed to remove his shoes bonus for me, because most plumbers don't ask, just walks on through and he got the job done in less than 10 minutes. If I ever need Drain Busters service in the future, I personally request Jeff to do the service no pun intended to the other technicians, he just truly met my expectation. Drain Busters was able to come inspect my lines within a day of me scheduling. The tech, Miles, was very personable and was great at not only telling me what he was going to do, but also making recommendations after he inspected our homes main line. Drain Busters didn't try to sell me services I didn't need Miles' recommendations were all things that we could do ourselves and didn't give me a huge appointment window that took up half my day.
