Bubba Smith | I called TNG for service on my water softener because they were the only 5 star plumbung service in my area. The first time a called, no one answered, so I left a message. After not hearing anything back after four days, I gave them another call. No answer again, so I left another message. I finally received a call back three days later. The woman on the phone had apologized and said response time has been slow because of a family issue, which I am able to understand. She said she'd be getting back to me the following day to set up a time, but haven't heard anything back in over two weeks. I'm going to choose to do business somewhere else. |
