| JACK TURBENSON | The plumber was very courteous and professional. The bill was a little bit of a shocker. Be sure to get a break down of their fees before you hire this company. They were supposed to bring a new garbage disposal. I gave them the model number on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. Instead I was charged for the plumber to drive and buy a new one at their supplier. This was also marked up 50 compared to Lowes/Home Depot. Their rate was 160 an hour plus truck charges. The plumber installed two new toilets that I purchased at Menards. I emailed them the next day to let them know one of them was not flushing properly. They told me I had to schedule another service call because they didn't provide the toilets. The plumber should have tested the toilets before he left. Flush test? Come on man!! Be careful with this company. |
