Zach Anderson	I had reserved a backhoe from these guys a week in advance and when I got there to pick to pick it up after opening about 10 minutes late I had to sit around and wait for it to get back for about a half hour before I went and asked the guy about it. Once I asked about it they told me that it was on a two day rental I that I had the smaller machine reserved, but when I reserved it I specifically asked for the KX-91 with a 10ft digging depth. Lucky Princeton rental had a machine there that I could rent, and they were amazing they don't charge for trailers and even help you tie down. Hands down the worst rental experience I've had was from just ask rental.
David Lewandowski	Horrible customer service. Bait and switch on the rental price. Charged extra 86 for no reason. These people are crooks. Don't give your money to them or Frankie's. Shady family for sure.
