| Loren Jenson | Not a good experience at all. Scott came on time to fix a leak in my bathroom. He finished in 40 minutes and charged me over 300 for labor which he said was the industry norm. Of those forty minutes he was on the phone for 10 minutes talking to his vet. He said my leak was fixed however I received a call from my renter two days later saying there was still a leak. When I call Scott on a wed he said he was out of town and could come over on a sunday to fix the problem. When he came on a sunday he found the problem, took a half hour and complained that it was due to the product. He then proceeded to tell me that he needed to charge me for another hour of work and when I said that I didn't think it was fair because it wasn't fixed the first time he started yelling immediately and threatened to "tag" my house with an invoice. When all was said and done I paid him for his additional half hour of work and he left. I would not recommend this plumber. |
