The first company demanded that I sign a contract with them and didn't give me much information about what they were going to do. They didn't answer my questions and were pushy and rude. I called Moza Construction after a family member referred them to us. They were very polite and willing to help from the start. Joe came out looked at the damage and told us what needed to be done. He explained the whole process to us because we hadn't filed an insurance claim before. Joe spent a lot of time answering our questions. Joe did a lot of work to get the most out of our claim and to get things going. Our insurance company was busy with claims at the time so Joe did most of the work. As soon as he got the money from our insurance he started working on the damages. He went well above and beyond what was need and required of him. The work he did looks amazing and I know I wouldn't have had the same results with another company. He had a big crew out and got the job done fast. He is very professional and very helpful. There were lots of companies closer to me but I'm glad Joe came out to do the job. I plan on using him in the future for some needed house repairs, some updating and some other jobs that I need done. I highly recommend Moza Construction whether it's an insurance claim or something you just want or need done. You dont find people or companies anymore that dont want to take advantage of you or just make fast money. Joe cares, is honest and will help you anyway he can. |
