They were prompt for sure, but they fixed a problem that did not exist. Our toilet was plugged up so we thought. However when the service guy showed up and removed the toilet, which was an extra charge, he found no plug. He used a camera which showed the piping was clear. We had water backing up into our mechanical room from the floor drain. Then he was unable to replace the toilet so another crew came out. They charged us 650 to redo the base drain of the toilet. So 1065 later it was fixed for 3 days and backed up again. So we called someone else, and the whole problem was a bad lift pump. They fixed something that didn't need to be fixed and charged an outrageous price to do it. And the first guy told my husband that he wasn't even a plumber! Stay far away from Roto Rooter, unless you like to waste your money!!!
