I called last Wednesday to schedule a backflow test for my sprinkler system. When I was speaking to the woman on the phone, she was very rude when I asked if they were licensed. That was the first red flag, and I should have looked for someone else. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday, and I was told someone would be over between 9 and 11 am. I took the morning off of work and waited for someone to come. I called them at 10 am to confirm that someone was coming out. The woman answered again, asked for my address and said she would have the technician contact me. I never got a call back, and no one ever showed up. I ended up wasting a day waiting around and they couldn't even reach out to me or show up for a simple test. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
