Sales person left us standing at the door the entire time we were making our purchase. She called a few days later never left a message and I've been calling trying to see if my parts have come in ever since with out any answer. Go somewhere and spend your money!!!
Pat Kelley	Rude! We were sent by our kitchen design store to look at kitchen faucet types. Receptionist said we could look around, if we had questions she would try to find someone to help us. As we were looking we saw 3 people behind desks and a man that would walk through occasionally...no other customers. No one talked to us, said hello or asked if we needed help. We found a faucet but had a question. Receptionist said that there was no one able to help us. I explained it was a quick question. She asked us to fill out an appointment request card to make an appointment for another day....for a simple question. We will never go back there. Ever.
